This is my best friend Jennifer. Our beautiful friendship since 1st grade has weathered drivers ed, marriage, raising kids, sickness, and everything in between. I'm asking today for you to help her during a time of need. Her husband “Ricky” of 23 years was diagnosed on 11-20-20 with 4 stage Colon cancer, which had metastasized. Jenn was by his side as he went downhill rapidly, eventually moving into home hospice care. Rick passed peacefully in his sleep Saturday, June 19th. Rick was a hard-worker and good man with a huge heart, a nurturer. He always took care of Jenn. His only worry near the end was making sure she would be okay. She resigned from work to care for Rick and will now be faced with arrangement expenses, medical expenses and bills. I've watched my best friend through this terrible tragedy, and the strength and support she has given her husband is admirable. I ask anybody who knows her or who just has a giving heart to donate today with love, say a prayer, and show my Jenny she's not alone on this journey.
