In September of 2021 I was deceived by my biological sister (Kizzy marie bailey) and her husband (William Xavier Serrano Morales) I got a phone call from Kizzy stating if I come from California to Yuma Arizona and live there for a year to fill out 250 carrier packets for there trucking company William Morales trucking she would pay me 6,000 dollars a month for 1 year of my time so I went to Yuma Arizona and immediately started doing the work I have proof as well they didn’t have all the credentials needed to sign up for every carrier company so I could only sign them up for the companies accepting what they brought to the table credential wise then after filling out all the carrier packets and not receiving any of my pay Kizzy Marie Bailey then said if I started a box truck company her husband William Xavier Serrano morales has his brokers license and could get me loads so I started a business called Loadzz.inc here is the website https://loadzzinc.skipsites.com/ 

Only to find out it was a waste of time because Kizzy Marie Baileys husband William Xavier Serrano morales did in fact not have his brokers license at all he wasn’t even in the process of getting it because he didn’t have the money for it which is less than what I was told to be paid let’s do the math $6,000 x 12 months to make it easier I was supposed to get paid $72,000 for my time there but that’s just the beginning of the scam I had and still am enduring after I finished doing their packets and never received a penny for my hard work as promised I was then scammed out of more of my time with them using my niece (Kizzelly Serrano Morales) and making me her coach for her online school k12 academy of Arizona without my knowledge until after the fact when I couldn’t change it knowing that Kizzelly Serrano morales wasn’t going to accept my help because her father William Xavier Serrano morales and mother Kizzy Marie Bailey was allowing her nana Maria Serrano morales to do her work for years in advance to the point she was doing her abc mouse when she was way younger and she fell into comfortability with this routine of her doing all her work which wasted yet another year of my time by me trying to get their kid (Kizzelly Serrano Morales) to do her school work because her mom (Kizzy Marie Bailey) and dad (Willam Xavier Serrano morales) was already paying her nana (Maria Serrano morales) to do her work for 3 year I was then put to work by dispatching loads for Willam morales trucking and was staying up all night for multiple night a week to search for loads on multiple different load boards to find loads that was either bring or sending them to different locations then that last yet another year after that I was advertising there trucking company Willam morales trucking through mass blast to over 1,000 truckers advertised per day on my personal cell phone and social media to help them be able to hire the people they needed to hire so I could have my company Loadzz with clients to start helping me make the funds to get out of this scammish situation being that by now I knew I wasn’t going to get paid anything I was promised and that it was all just a scam so they could get out of doing what they didn’t know how to do I was then told in order for them to make things right from what I was originally told promised and never delivered being that I started a carrier company corporation and being that I didn’t want to be into the trucking Industries in the first place I could dispatch employees for there company William morales trucking so I started advertising on social media for solo and team driver positions and got 5 trucker's to want to work for them and sign up only to find out they yet once again didn’t have the credentials to hire people in the first place and also didn’t have the funds to pay for the insurance for ever unit needed after finding all this out I was forced to set my company up as a independent dispatcher since I was at there house and didn’t want to dispatch for there company for free then my daughters mother fell ill and passed because I was losing everything from being in Yuma Arizona and maxing out all 11 of my credit cards and using up my last bit of resources and financial support I couldn’t get back to my daughter in her time of need and support she fell into deep depression and anxiety not having either of her parents there for her but she managed to complete high school get her diploma and I wasn’t able to be there to see her cross the stage or take her to get onto her first ever plane ride to go to college I missed many big milestone that could never be given back at this time I’ve lost around $200,031 including a voluntary repo of $25,000 plus never receiving anything they were saying I was going to get paid I lost 2 bank accounts 11 credit cards a T-Mobile mifi device 3 cell phones and I used to be able to rent rooms that costed $3,000 a month for 4 years because they were 10 minutes away from my daughter before this situation even occurred were coming up on year 4 in order to get out of the situation with them since I could easily see everything dealing with them always went bad because of there scamming ways I decided to start looking for things I could do to get back into California I went against my own morals and started looking for clinical trials to get away and back to where I belong I found a few but they ended up not falling through and not going according to plan so I was even more stuck in a worse situation than before with nothing I came with and not having the lifestyle and overly financial stability or support I had at this point I literally lost everything my mom was kind enough to let me stay with her so I didn’t lose my faith in god and my morels for life and so I could stay positive focused and humble even with the situation at hand I’m currently staying at my moms one bedroom apartment sleeping on her futon trying to get money any way possible through grants from my personal grant writer and through business loans but because of my business status and the fact I never even had the chance to get it off the ground and losing my 700+ credit score I can’t get any funding or money this is my last resort and I’m usually not one ask but anything will help thank you for take the time to read my store and acknowledge my pain and
