Fueling the Championship Journey

Competing for a Golden Ticket to the World Food Championships requires more than just skill. It requires a massive logistical effort. To ensure the Core 4 can perform at their absolute peak, we are raising funds to bridge the gap between our kitchen and the competition stage.

Your support directly funds:

• Specialty Product and Ingredients: Sourcing the highest grade Texas proteins, 00 flours, and artisan oils required to compete in the Pro Chef and Noodle & Pasta categories.
• Travel and Accommodations: Ensuring the entire team—Destany, Brett, Lane, and Mikey—can stay together near the venue. This keeps the team focused and rested for the 4:00 AM prep calls.
• Specialized Equipment: Acquiring the professional grade pasta extruders, precision cutlery, and portable induction tools needed to turn a competition station into a world class kitchen.
• Logistics and Entry: Covering the fees and transport costs to get our Core 4 and their gear safely to the championship.
