In 1987 my brother Robert Lopez had a severe work accident where he was electrocuted and fell 30ft into a pile of rocks. As a result of this fall he had extensive damage to his legs and spine. Robert has endured this pain through all these years. Robert has done physical therapy but that just wasn't helping with the pain anymore. That's when his Dr informed him of undergoing a surgery to decompress and fuse the L5-S1 vertebrae in his spine. Robert would also need a lumbar spondylolithesis and spinal stensis. For months Robert was back and forth with insurance company to cover this surgery. On December 11th,2024 Robert was finally able to have these procedures but now faces one dilemma, his medical bills will soon start coming in on top of his monthly bills. Robert will not be able to return to work for weeks maybe months. I am praying our friends and family will help us raise money to help Robert in his time of need.
