Most of you know that it has been nine years since Robert passed. It was important to the kids to keep the urn at that time, but we always intended on finding him a final resting place and a marker as per Catholic rule. Sarah and I have recently made a visit to the funeral home and selected a nice final resting place beneath a tree in Oak lawn Memorial Gardens. She selected a modest marker that does contain a photograph which was important to her. The total burial cost, including the plot, the marker, and the vault is $7253.46 the other $400 we are asking to raise is to purchase a plane ticket for his mother so she may be present when we inturn him. I know this is a large amount, but it is important to all of us and we think it is time. We thank you in advance for any donation you are able to contribute.
