Rosco's Get Well Soon Fund
Hello All,
We are young couple living in Pottstown, PA.
6 Month's ago we excitedly adopted our super great little dog that we call Rosco from a Rescue in Media, Delaware County, Pa. He is everything and anything anyone could ever ask for in a great dog. Friendly, playful, smart, quiet, and rather obedient... usually.
The unfortunate thing is that he has had an ongoing list of medical troubles that have slowly escalated during his time with us. We were surprised that a dog that isn't even 2 years old yet would total 8 trips to the vet in just 6 months for a myriad of things including, kennel cough and parasites. This has sadly exhausted our ability to pay on our own to solve the problem of his current condition, which has yet to be determined by our veterinarian.
We were highly reluctant, but we contacted the rescue to surrender him after much deliberation, thinking their care would be ideal. They refused to take him back because his medical history and current issues would be "too much for them to take on." Imagine that.
This is our last ditch effort to get Rosco the best help we can. It is to ask people to donate.
Neither of us really wanted to ask of anyone to do so... with that in mind we can offer each donation over $25 a unique gift of appreciation and all donations will receive a Thank You note.
At this current moment, Rosco requires several tests to determine what is causing him to resist eating, lethargy, and his un-controllable loose stool containing an alarming amount of blood. We know this is slightly graphic in descriptive nature but we believe it is only right to inform you what your donation would be going towards. But it's more than just medical treatment though, it is keeping our little buddy alive and well and that is a very high priority for us.
If you can help us, we would appreciate it a whole heck of a lot. We know Rosco will too.
Please share this with your family, friends, anyone and everyone who'd like to send our sweet pup Rosco some love.
We will keep everyone updated as best we can.
With Much Hope,
Faith, Joe, and Rosco
