Christian and I have had our lovely little baby Roslynn Grace who was originally diagnosed with HLHS- a congenital heart defect. About 34 weeks pregnant when they decided that they wanted to send us to our desired hospital of Seattle Children's due to what looked like fluid surrounding her heart. When we got here and had my first ultrasound around 35 weeks, they figured out it was actually HLHS with a “leaky valve” so what they called it. Basically the blood from her main valve that she has left has the blood flowing backwards through the heart. After she was born, she had the first surgery “the noorwood procedure” at 3 days old. The surgeons tried their best while they were in there to fix that leaky valve as much as they could but only could do very minimal due to how small everything was and how thin the tissue was. Since then she has been put on the heart transplant list in hopes of getting a new heart! The leak slowly gets worse as time goes on and all we can do is pray.

I'd like to ask for a little extra help here in prayers for our baby and possibly some financial support due to us having to move here. (There's no after care for baby after she gets her transplant in Alaska)
