Homeless service directories go stale fast. A shelter closes, a program shifts hours, a clinic moves — and the list no one updated keeps sending people the wrong way. I built rubyslist.org while I was homeless in LA. It was built from a collection of personal spreadsheet 'schedules', hand-curated and verified. Now that I'm mostly indoors, my own directory has gotten stale.

ruby2 is a verification protocol for use with any directory, app, or text messaging service. Instead of publishing once and slowly drifting, a ruby2-powered directory re-checks its own entries programmatically. What it says today is what's actually true today. The people handing out resources, outreach workers and volunteers, can trust what they're passing along.

Your contribution funds our first three pilot regions: real cities, real directories, built to stay accurate. It covers software/server costs of my 'ensemble engine', a discovery tool powered by LLMs trained on my 10+ years of lived experience digging up online resources from the darkest corners of the Web in over 30 US states!

ruby2 listings are not published until freshly verified... 95% accurate is a 100% failure
