My my name is Sabrina Smith and my life is dominated by the relentless debilitating pain of fibromyalgia and chronic tendonitis where there is no cure for the chronic condition, I am currently undergoing a series of crucial surgeries and tests to manage the severe disabling localized pain that it causes. I have already had surgery to release tension in my left wrist for aquarium tendonitis left ring finger and middle finger operations on both elbows and potentially my left wrist again for a nonunion scaphoid fracture all necessary interventions to gain back essential function. I am humbly asking for $20000 to help cover the vital out of pocket cost for my past and upcoming procedures allowing me to finally heal and gain a little bit of control over the pain.

The Struggle

Living with fibromyalgia means my pain is unpredictable and often unmanageable in my back and hips that I cannot get out of bed just this morning I couldn't move my right elbow or right knee the reality of chronic pain condition is extremely hard to treat. the physical toe is immense and the logistics are crippling. My amazing daughter is completely overloaded balancing taking care Of all the baby's needs working and taking me to all of my appointments which were three hours away. We are exhausted and I desperately need to lessen this burden on my family.

My widespread pain requires further investigation beyond the current surgeries that I know that I'm going to have to have due to the tendonitis, Fibromyalgia Is not curable and unpredictable Do not even recognize it Cool disease that has to do with the spinal cord in your brain. Eventually I will have to see a neurologist and I'm not sure other than the four other arm and hand surgeries that I have to have what all else I will have to do. The goal is not a cure but pain management that allows me to function and live a sustainable life we are investing in these procedures to make the unmanageable pain manageable
