Sales tax

Hello, my name is John and I am 64. I had to purchase another vehicle due to the other one breaking down. I do work, but not 40 hours a week and I am on a fixed income. If you could please help me with getting the sales taxes paid so I can get my tags it would be greatly appreciated.
