Sarah needs help.

At just 36 years old, Sarah has already endured years of severe pain, multiple hip surgeries, permanent nerve damage, CRPS, spinal problems, and loss of mobility.

Now she is facing something even bigger: a growing brain tumor.

Sarah has been experiencing memory loss, difficulty speaking, cognitive changes, exhaustion, and significant weight loss. Doctors have identified the tumor as a low-grade glioma, and she needs to get to Mayo Clinic in Arizona so specialists can evaluate her complicated medical history and determine the best treatment and surgical plan.

Sarah calls her tumor “Fred” because humor has helped her survive some incredibly difficult years. Her plan is simple:

Her husband has reduced his work responsibilities to care for her, which has also reduced their income. Travel, medical appointments, surgery, and related expenses are more than they can handle alone.
