My niece, Dianne Castillo, a 22-year-old nursing graduate, is fighting for her life in a provincial hospital in Laguna(Community Hospital)Philippines, battling severe heart failure triggered by myocarditis, a recent mini heart attack, and possible diabetes. Weeks ago, she was a dedicated hospital intern, dreaming of becoming a U.S. nurse to lift her family from poverty. Now, fever, low oxygen levels, a racing heart (over 100 beats per minute), and severe weakness, sounding heart broken when we last communicated. . With no family to turn to, no mother and an irresponsible father. she is truly alone in this crisis.

The provincial hospital lacks test like angiograms or cardiac MRI, so Dianne urgently needs a traasfer to a Metro Manila tertiary hospital for life saving diagnostics,treatments, and ongoing care . Without these, her life and dreams are at stake.
