Save LASCELLES LEE LEGACY
My name is Donna Dyer-Daley best known as Donna Daley and I am one of ten siblings. I am the fourth of five sisters to our beloved brother "Owen" Lascelles Lee Dyer who passed away on January 14th 2017 at the age of 53, one day before his 54th birthday.
Owen was married but NOT HAPPILY. He had been separated from his wife and had his own apartment at the Paddock Club Apartments in Lakeland, Florida for a little more than the last seven months of his life. This is where he was loved and felt loved by his family and friends. He had decided to divorce his wife but as a sister who believed in doing right in Gods eye, I encouraged him to try working on his marriage because divorce was NOT in Gods plan. His wife's job took her out of the state of Florida at times and this was one of the times so she had asked him to do her a favor and pick her up from the airport and on Friday January 13th 2017 at 10pm, he went to pick her up because of his kind heartedness and never returned to us alive. He was dead. He had a heart attack while in her home.
Owen have made it very clear to ALL of us in his family that all that he owns especially his home was for his three princesses (daughters). On the ninth day after his death, his wife and her family came to Lakeland and took EVERYTHING that he had. They cleared out his apartment even his youngest daughter 's belongings unknown to his family and left. She even took control over his home that he had purchased to have for his daughters before she even knew him although she has her own home. She has changed her phone number so there is NO contact with her whatsoever but before doing so, she text me the name and phone number of as she stated " the lawyer to contact for information about Owen's assets" that was a LIE. The lawyer said she had NO case with her and that she had contacted her a couple days after her husband died and enquired about his assets but NEVER came back nor filed a case with her. This is just one of a string of lies from his wife.
Therefore, I am raising money to pay for a lawyer/Legal help to assist his daughters in receiving their share of my brother's estate that is rightfully theirs according to the State of Florida law.
Please help us to rectify this injustice done to my nieces.
Thank you All in advance for your assistance.
