I have lived in my home for 26 yrs. And recently lost my husband. I thought I would get our home when we made up our wills but the home was put into a trust fund in 2015 without my knowledge. I was very sick that year and almost died. My husband put it into a trust fund so it would be safe. I got better then he became very sick due to complications from an Air Force Service related accident. He passed away on July 30, 2025 and I found out recently about this trust fund. Now the person over then trust fund has gotten a lawyer and I must pay them 85,000 dollars to keep my home or I will become homeless. This is devastating to me so I've tried to get a loan but my credit score is to low and they are demanding payment now. I am at a loss so I am pleading with you for help. Please help me save my home so they don't take it from me. Thank you so very much.
