We are needing help desperately to save our family home. This land has been in the family for 125 years and back in 2022, 50% ownership was sold by our cousin to a wealthy woman wanting to play cowboy. Instead of working in a partnership or splitting the land as recommended by the courts and commissioners, she has caused the force of sale of the property so she can gain full ownership.

               Our Mom has been fighting against Attorneys for 5 years and slowly losing the battle and soon our home. We need assistance with hiring a Lawyer that will help with this fight or find a layer that is willing to take payments. We are currently having the forced sale appeal by a higher court and without a lawyer we are surly to lose. Losing our home will surly destroy our mother, whose only wish is to be able to grow old and pass away on this land and pass it on to her children as it had been done for many generations.
