Hello, my name is Jessica Norris and this is my beautiful pit bull Sadie who we rescued as a puppy about four years ago. When we went to pick her up we immediately knew how special she was, it was a rainy day on March 24 (I still remember the date) and everyone with hands AND paws were trying to take shelter. Sadie was the only one enjoying herself, she payed no mind to the rain or the cold because she was just happy to be around people. I still remember how much her tail wagged and how she instantly jumped on me to give me a kiss right on the cheek. Our baby Sadie is a HUGE pit bull boxer mix and people on the street are always scared of her because of the way she looks. This always makes us sad because our Sadie is SO good with people AND animals, (she's never even laid a paw on our kitty.) My mom grew up with dozens of dogs on her farm and she always says how Sadie has the best personality out of them all, Sadie is her absolute favorite. This gorgeous girl has given us everything we could ever wish for in a pup. She is the perfect example of how truely misjudged pit bulls are. Unfortunately, our baby has always had problems with one of her back legs and finally, it gave out. Sadie broke "the dog equivalent of an ACL," and is now hobbling around on three legs in immense pain. The surgery to repair her leg costs $5,000 dollars. Sadie is only four years. We don't want to give up our baby because she would never give up on us. Please help us save Sadie by donating and/or sharing. Thank you❤️
