Sparky was attacked by another dog and has accumulated a veterinarian bill of $3000 Wednesday, November 8 Sparky needs to have his leg amputated, I'm on disability and live alone, the bills keep adding up and could use help so that Sparky can continue to receive Med attention at Salem Animal Hospital.
