Saving my Smile

I am a 51 year old divorcee disabled, with a chronic illness called gastroparesis ....meaning I have a paralyzed stomach, which leads to malnutrition and lots of medical problems... with my high medical cost... my teeth have suffered, with no extra income or insurance keep them healthy.
My income is 850 a month and I am on Medicare /Medicaid....
All my life I have fought to keep my teeth healthy and keep my smile on... it's getting harder, day by day....
When you think about it, a smile means so many things.
It can convey confidence, happiness, and even approval. People, as a whole, look for someone else to smile, because it makes them feel good inside. ... Taking care of your smile should be important and ot has always been for me, until my illness and nasty divorce, with no alimony.. ......long story.
Due to reasons beyond my control the battle to save my smile is harder than I can even grasp.... Dentures maybe in the near future are the only answer at this point, but can't even financially do that. Now I'm humbly reaching out and leaving it in God's hands.....
