Kappa Kappa Psi is a national honorary band fraternity for college and university band members in the United States. Our organization operates primarily as a student service and leadership recognition society. It serves as a guiding light with which band students can grow, learn, and develop themselves in their band programs.

We are the Alpha Omega chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi, based at the University of Pittsburgh. We have been serving the University of Pittsburgh Varsity Marching Band for 50 years, helping to inspire leadership and enthusiasm within all members of the band. We are an organization of opportunity and quality, and right now, we are in need of assistance to provide our brothers their own opportunity to grow.

This summer we will be sending a few of our brothers to the National Convention of Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma. This is a national event for students to gather and conduct business on a national level. These select few brothers will be representing our chapter as they exchange ideas, share fraternal and musical experience, and celebrate the heritage of our organization's past and future. Our brothers will play an important role in the continued growth and direction of Kappa Kappa Psi.

National Convention is being held in Orlando, Florida. We are asking for assistance to raise the necessary funds to send our brothers to the beautiful city of Orlando so that they may partake in this grand opportunity of growth and learning.

The funds donated to us will be allocated to the following expenses:

• The $1,260.00 registration cost
• The $1,133.88 hotel cost
• Travel expenses

Our universal motto is "Strive for the Highest." We follow this motto in all that we do. With your support, we can continue our constant pursuit of opportunities to grow as an organization.
