My name is Hayley Lavalle. For the past year, my play, Finding Shelter, has been one of the most important aspects of my life. It's the first big project I've finished, and it's the first project (big or small), that I've been really proud of the end result. I submitted it for Districts to be reviewed by judges, got a score of Superior, and was invited to the States competition. However, States costs around $500-$600, which is more than I have. That, hopefully, is where this campaign comes in.
