On September 4th, I lost my mother, and I am now facing the difficult task of making arrangements to honor and celebrate her life.

I am her only child, and she leaves behind two grandsons who loved their Nonna dearly.

She was a friend to many—a person people could turn to when they needed someone to listen, someone to talk to, or someone who could offer advice. She had a kind heart and cared deeply about people. Most importantly, my mother was a believer in God. I find comfort in knowing that she is now sleeping until the day He returns to take her home. I am holding on to that hope and the promise of seeing her again.

As I try to make arrangements during this difficult time, I am asking for help from family, friends, and anyone who would like to support us. Financial resources are limited, and the costs of bringing loved ones together and making memorial arrangements are more than I can manage alone.

I am raising funds to help with airfare back to Bermuda to bring her home, the memorial service, and other necessary arrangements to celebrate her life.

Assistance is needed as soon as possible so that I can purchase plane tickets and begin making the other arrangements needed for her service. My greatest hope is to have family and friends who loved my mother be able to come together, share memories, support one another, and celebrate the beautiful life she lived.
