I am in desperate need of assistance. I'm waiting for disability approval, but in the meantime, I'm pretty sick and unable to work. I have multiple autoimmune diseases, including Sjögren's Syndrome, autoimmune autonomic ganglionopathy, type one diabetes, Hashimoto's, polyneuropathy, and probable psoriatic arthritis. I also have gastroparesis. I have damage to my spine at all four levels. I live with a tremendous amount of untreated pain. This leaves me profoundly fatigued and in a groggy state.

My day-to-day life is distressing due to constant crisis. I live meal to meal. While I receive SNAP benefits, it's not sufficient to provide enough food for the month. Most days, I don't know when I will get my next meal. I do research studies and some crowdsourcing work in an attempt to supplement this, but I'm not well and this is really hard. It's also extremely unreliable. I can't even express how stressful and grueling it is to live this way, spending 15 hours a day staring at my phone and hoping to make a few bucks for food.

I have been missing some medical appointments because I can't afford to do laundry and haven't eaten. My only pair of pants is a ripped pair of jeans. I check the local pantry monthly for clothing but I'm not having any luck finding something in my size. If funded, I would find some used clothing items to purchase.

My goal is to raise $500, which would be used to help sustain me for the next two months. I would prioritize food, getting to medical appointments, personal care, and phone service.
