I am a single mom of two teenage daughters and I take care of my mother as well. My mom lives 30 minutes from me and it’s really hard to get to her with no vehicle at the moment. My youngest daughter has three different forms of seizures so I’m unable to leave her at home alone. She is not able to get disability. We have tried several times and they just keep denying her. I have decided to move close to my mom so I can take care of her and my daughters. I can hopefully then start saving to get a vehicle to take everyone to the doctor. Right now we are living in a small two bedroom duplex I would just like to get a trailer to move onto my mom‘s land. I have tried for so long to save every dollar to buy a used trailer just to be able to be closer to my mom and to be able to take care of my daughter, but my son passed away in 2021 and I had to get a loan to bury him and money has been very tight ever since. As a single mom with no help, this has been the hardest years of my life. After my son passed away five months later my grandfather that raised me passed away not even a year after that my Granny that raised me passed away my mom had open heart surgery, and from all the stress of this I had a heart attack. I am still working as I had to go back to work very quickly after my heart attack just to be able to take care of my mom and my kids.
