Hello! My name is Kelly Dorton and I am a ceramic artist! I'm currently an undergraduate so I'm trying to expand my skills to build the best portfolio possible so that way I have a better opportunity to get into the best possible grad school!

Thats where I need your help! I'm extremely interested in this once in a life time opportunity to take a class from Eric Landon who is an amazing ceramic artist from Copenhagen! His work has taken the internet by storm and you've probably saw his videos on Instagram where he runs an account titled after his studio Tortus Copenhagen. He will be in Chicago during the Fall of 2017 teaching a workshop where he will show students how to get the best out of their wheel and the techniques he uses to form his flawless pieces! I am needing help getting myself to Chicago and affording his class since money is a little tight at the moment. His workshops are filling up extremely fast and I would love more than anything to be able to attend and learn from him! Not only would I be able to learn valuable skills I would also have the opportunity to explore The Art Institute of Chicago, which is one of my dream grad schools!

Please consider donating to my campaign and based on donation amounts I will be giving away discounts towards my work when you send me a screen shot of your receipt. If you donate $30 or more I will send you a free piece or set based off the amount.

Thank you for taking the time to check out my campaign! I really hope you will consider donating to me!

Thanks again!

Kelly Dorton
