Skin cancer needing to be remo

Hello, my name is Karen.I have a basal cell carcinoma  growing on my pinky finger.It is quite painful and needs to be removed.I am scheduled to have surgery this Friday. However hospital is requiring payment before surgery can be done.If I cannot pay it will be postponed until I can.I have insurance unfortunately with a deductible of 5500.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
