Skin Removal Surgery
Hello to any and everyone reading this! Over the past 10 years I have lost 120lbs not once but twice. I've worked extremely hard and am so proud of how far I've come. Unfortunately with such a huge loss, comes a lot of problematic loose skin. I have a LOT of issues with the apron surrounding my abdomen including constant open wounds and rashes. During the summer it becomes quite painful and difficult to manage.
My insurance won't cover the procedure because it's deemed cosmetic. I even switched insurance companies and opened a HSA to save money for the surgery only to find out it's excluded! I honestly feel defeated. I currently have a store on eBay to help raise funds for this surgery but I know I'm not going to make the total amount that I need before April. I don't even know if anyone will see this but if you do and decide to donate, know that it is absolutely without a doubt appreciated.
