Have you heard about the mysterious canine respiratory illness spreading rapidly in the US? I strongly believe my Sookie has come down with it and I'm asking for your help. 

For those who don't know, Sookie is my 13-ish year older rescue. She's loved by every person who is lucky enough to spend even 30 seconds with her. 

I received her as a hospice foster in 2018 and formally adopted her in 2021. Prior to her rescue she was very emaciated and clearly malnourished. Her conditions were so out of control and her health suffered because of it.

With 2 types of cancer, diabetes, and multiple other issues she's really in trouble and I really need your help. 

I can't in good conscience allow her to struggle to breathe any more. After 3 weeks of 2 different antibiotics I had to check her into the ER today. 

I'm praying they can get her more comfortable and we can continue care at home as soon as possible to save $$$. 

I cash flow her care and cancer treatments but this ER stay is going to crush me financially so if you're at all in the position to help it would mean the absolute world.
