S.O.S
This has been the worst year out of the last 4 that I’ve been in survival mode. I’m a single mom of 2 awesome, deserving of more than I and life have been able to give, kids. I work full time time and craft as a side gig to make ends meet and it still doesn’t meet the basic needs. I don’t receive child support as he skips out claiming he’s unemployed when he works for cash under the table even though he’s court ordered to pay $683/mo. I make just over the mark for assistance and not nearly enough to cover everything. We live off of a strict budget and have no family to help. I was a passenger in a car accident that left me bed ridden for almost a month where I almost lost my job. I’m behind on my rent and am facing eviction. I have nowhere to go and am panicking that my kids will find out. My daughter stresses about me trying to put food other table when she knows I go to the local food pantry, I can only imagine when we have to on our things to live in our car or worse, going back to the devastating situation we escaped just months ago.
I am a survivor of a domestic abuse relationship. I finally had enough and decided to leave. My credit was bad due to everything being in my name and him letting us be evicted, cars repoed and unpaid bills on my credit. I finally found a place that took the chance on me, was handed keys and me and my 2 kids moved in. The bills have piled up after the car accident and now I’m in threat of being evicted and my car repoed. I have 3 days to come up with $3885 for June/July/Aug rent, $854 June/July car payment $415 June/July phone/internet bill $287 July car insurance. Total $5441 needed before I go under.
all local agencies and churches are out of funding amd I have no options of getting a loan. I’m at my last resort and nowhere else to turn.
I have a budget I follow that if I can get caught up I can manage with my full time pay.
Any amount would be helpful to keep my kids from worry and myself from a mental breakdown from having to go back to what I had just escaped from. Please help.
