My name is Joy Bryan, and I am honored to represent Barbados as Ms. Black International Ambassador (MBIA) 2026. This is more than a pageant—it is a global leadership and scholarship platform empowering women of African descent to lead, serve, and create lasting impact in our communities.

On August 15, 2026, in Belize, I will stand on an international stage alongside powerful women from around the world—each of us committed to purpose, service, and transformation.

I am asking for your support to help me walk boldly in this assignment and represent Barbados with excellence, grace, and impact.
