I want to provide cancer awareness jewelry for patients and care givers. I also will provide healthcare proverbs and nurses appreciation gifts for the care they received from them. I will create chemo care packages, children with cancer care packages and ostomy patient care packages. I will also have digital products like ebooks that teach cancer patients and their families how to become their own advocates during their cancer journey. You can replace fear with knowledge since cancer is one of the most feared diagnoses. This is a personal topic since I was diagnosed with terminal cancer 11 years ago and they didn't expect me to live past 6 months. I'm currently in remission. I was on aggressive chemo for 9 months and my knowledge gave me autonomy, courage, and hope. So many health providers complimented me on my strength. courage and hope. I also have an ostomy for 20 years and struggled to learn on my own, with complications and care of my ostomy. I want to share my knowledge with other patients navigating their own disease. I can educate them how to access trusted, relevant, and excellent educational content. I spend over 7 years researching all there is to know about cancer and ostomies. I'm very passionate about paying-it-forward and sharing my knowledge with others so they can find the strength, confidence and hope while battling their own illness.
