Starting over
I’m looking to start over since the kids are all on their own now. I’m trying to relocate to a different city to be in the middle between where my kids live and be closer to work.
The place is an old building and needs some work but it’s big enough to live in and have an area to run my small business. There is also room to rent out for small gatherings.
The money would take care of the down payment and to fix the place up.
