I am in search of donations For a 74 year old woman who lost everything due to a Domestic violence situation where she was beaten And forced out of her home by her two sons (mid 40s and early 50s). She has a name and face but due to the situation I will not be posting a picture of her until she is safe. On that particular evening As she ended up in a shelter after being released from the hospital. Her injuries were severe with a sprained wrist, lacerations to her arm and scratches on her neck, lumps on her head and a black eye swollen shut and bleeding. She has extreme medical issues and high anxiety. Her whole world crashed down due to addiction and abuse from her own children. All she had with her is what she could carry and she has not returned to her home since. The brothers were arrested and detained and firearms were discovered within the home. Her sons were eventually released on bail and went back to the home leaving their elderly mother to fend for herself! She is absolutely terrified and is awaiting court but sincerely needs help. She has little to no money available to obtain a residence on her own and is very naive to this lifestyle.

Any act of kindness would be appreciated to help keep her safe and get her a safe place and hopefully some clothing

I am hoping to reach the goal by mid November as we can get her into a safe place by December 1rst.

I realize times are hard for everyone but the thought of her being in a shelter at her age with nothing hurts my heart. I do what I can but it isn't enough.
