Storage scam recovery
After losing our house in a foreclosure sale we had to put everything into storage since we could not find a place fast enough to move to. At the time it was nest storage and it was exactly when covid 19 first started after a couple months due to very low work hours caused by covid we were able to get our rent waived for up to six months and late fees had already been lifted for all tenants. That was a relief beyond what I was expecting. But then the tables turned on me and I hadn't even a clue. So when I went into the office to talk about our agreement ending after the 6 months was up that is when I learned that nest storage was now public storage which changed the next month after I Made the agreement and not once was i informed or even warned about this major change concerning my family's entire life of personal and even important or sentimental belongings. This proved to be a serious issue for us immediately finding out our balance due which was to be zero now public storage has it over $3500 because they went back to before they took over whiped or agreement we made with nest added the late fees back into the equation and the icing ithe came rent was a few dollars short of double they won't offer a payment plan best they will do is pay 70% and be given 24 hours to vacate the unit so still we can't come up with that money rite now or manage to vacate in 24 hours and have a place to take it all. So this is why I'm doing this cause I can't just let my family lose it all and if you make a donation do believe all you gotta do is contact me if there is something you could use a good hand with because without a doubt I.O.U.
