Sully's Service Dog

Our son Sullivan was diagnosed with severe ADHD, ODD, and SPD at age 4. He was then diagnosed with Autism 2 years later.

Over the course of the last couple of years we have learned all of the amazing things service dogs can do to help neurodiverse individuals.

We recently welcomed a Goldendoodle named Max into our family He is now 5 months old and has stolen out hearts.

We would like to train Max to be a service dog for Sully and a therapy dog for our family who all suffer from anxiety.

Goldendoodle make excellent service dogs because of their high intelligence and affectionate nature. By training Max to be Sully's service dog, Max can help Sully and the rest of our family with emotional regulation, alleviating anxiety, coping with social interactions, and catching the warning signs of a panic attacks.

We would be doing our training through Frederick Family Dog Training LLC who comes highly recommended by many people. https://www.facebook.com/frederickfamilydogtraining?mibextid=LQQJ4d

I am usually the one who starts fundraisers for everyone else so starting one for our family asking for donations is not an easy pill to swallow. But the cost of all the training is $8,300. Which btw is half the cost everyone else charges.

Our 1st goal is to raise $750 to cover:

▪️Evaluation and Consultation

▪️Program Enrollment Fee

▪️1st set of classes

if you are interested in donating our family would greatly appreciate it. We chose this platform to raise funds because they do not charge any fees.

Stay tuned…we will be announcing other fundraising opportunities.
