Ali Braswell is one of the founding members of the Hate Free Schools Coalition and a dear friend of Latarndra Strong.
She was fired from a Hillsborough non-profit in 2018 for standing up to racism and vowed to never return to Corporate America again, God-Willing!
She is now a Lyft driver who just suffered a severe ankle break and doesn't know when she will be able to drive again. Her recovery will take months, and she needs our help!
On the way to a clinic visit this morning, the walker she was using to get around broke. That walker was a life-line in Ali's recovery, and she needs another one. Basic living expenses and medical expenses will also be a challenge over the next few months. Therefore, we are trying to raise $6,000 to help cover those expenses.
