Help us stand together for a fair contract.

Activision Quality Assurance United (AQAU) is a union of quality assurance workers fighting for fair wages, meaningful workplace protections, and a stronger future for everyone on our team.

For nearly two years, our members have shown up to the bargaining table, organized, rallied, and made our voices heard in the fight for a fair first contract. Despite our continued efforts, critical issues remain unresolved, including fair compensation and workplace protections. With negotiations dragging on and meaningful progress still needed, our members have taken the important step of filing for strike authorization.

Now, we're building our strike fund to prepare for whatever comes next.

A strike fund helps provide financial support to workers who may face lost income while standing together to demand a fair contract. It helps make collective action more accessible and ensures that workers aren't left to shoulder the financial burden of fighting for better working conditions alone.

Every contribution, no matter the size, helps strengthen our collective ability to stand up for ourselves and one another. If you're unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser is another powerful way to show your support.

We're the people behind the quality assurance work that helps make these games possible. We believe the people doing that work deserve fair compensation, respect, and a meaningful voice in their workplace.

After nearly two years of fighting for a fair contract, we're not giving up. We're standing together, preparing for the road ahead, and reminding our employer that our labor has value.

Any funds remaining after our strike fund needs are met will be donated to United Video Game Workers (UVW) to support fellow workers in the video game industry facing hardships.

Help AQAU build our strike fund. Support workers. Support solidarity. Support a fair contract.

An injury to one is an injury to all. Solidarity forever!
