My dad recently fell from a ladder while working and suffered serious injuries: a compound fracture (bone sticking out) of his ankle and two broken wrists. He has had two surgeries so far to repair his ankle and cannot bear any weight for at least three months.

With only one good limb, he will be unable to work for quite some time and was uninsured at the time of the accident, so he will need help with medical bills, daily living expenses, transportation, and a mobility scooter.
