I am an Air Force veteran. I am in the Southern California desert and lost my house. I need to get back to Washington, as I am in an isolated area and there are no jobs near me.
With the high price of electricity in this county being twice as much per kWh as I paid in Washington State, in the scorching summer heat, there was never enough left over for the mortgage.
I need money for moving expenses and to be able to have shelter long enough for me to get back on my feet.
