Support for Jordan Lewis
Jordan Lewis was involved in a major car accident Monday, March 1st which caused severe injuries. While her daughter Clarissa was quickly discharged from Cook's uninjured, Jordan was admitted to ICU due to multiple brain bleeds, a compound fracture of her arm, a broken orbital socket, and severe lacerations to her face.
On Tuesday, the bleeding had significantly improved and Jordan was able to have the surgery on her broken arm. She has also had her first facial surgery- replacing her crushed cheek bone with a metal plate. She will still need multiple facial surgeries. At this time, her eyesight is limited and the progress is guarded until she has healed more in order for additional tests to be done.
We are setting up this fundraiser to help our family member, friend, and co-worker during this stressful and painful time. Jordan is a Registered Nurse and is unable to work for an unforseen amount of time until her full recovery. This money will be used to pay any bills such as: living expenses, hospital expenses, and for the care of her baby girl, Clarissa.
As of March 4, Jordan was discharged home to heal comfortably until the next procedure is available.
She still has a long road to recovery, but we are asking for prayers and healing more than anything. 💗
