Hi, my name is Deanne Merchant and I'm a Dental Malpractice/Fraud patient turned Dental Advocate.
After suffering deliberate fraud by Precision Craft dental lab and a faulty install by Dr. Craig VanDongen, I was kicked to the curb after asking them to fix the mess they left me in. Laughed out of their office and left to suffer with no way to fight back legally, I took the advise of an attorney and utilized my states laws to prove my case thru legally obtained audio. And while obtaining that audio does little to help me personally, it does show the fraudulent practices that exist! To my knowledge, my case is the only one in existence here in the US that proves beyond a shadow of a doubt, the fraudulent practices that are all to often allowed to flourish with little to no recourse for the patient.
The fact there is no professional accountability or transparency is absolutely 'Unacceptable' to me! Never one to shy away from injustice or adversity I decided to fight back thru knowledge!
Initially, the site I created was designed to house my story as a cautionary measure towards dental awareness but manifested into so much more. I've spent the last year and a half creating an Advocacy web site to help 'Educate & Empower' patients across the board beyond dental. It's been warmly embraced by both professional and patients from around the world which far surpassed any expectations I initially had.

Sadly, my renewal is up this month and financially I'm struggling to keep it up and running and desperately need your help... 

Please help me continue to help others become the 'Educated Consumers' we now need to be! With your help, I can continue to try and build upon the foundation I've created with the hope it will reach those that need it most.
