I need a little help covering the cost for a surgery that would help get my life back.

At a recent checkup my doctor discovered my uterus was filled with Endometriosis, a tissue and inflammation disorder, and the solution is a hysterectomy.

Total for the surgery is going to be $6,518 (Doctor, Facility, and Anesthesiologist) and there are a few other bills from things like the biopsy.

Surgery is scheduled for April 6, 2026 and I have to pay the total bill the Friday before.

I know everyone has their own responsibilities and worries, but anything that you could spare to help cover the deductible would forever be appreciated. I've already gotten some help from my parents but I still have a few thousand to go so I would be grateful for any help towards the cost.

I have PCOS which, contrary to what it's name would suggest, is a hormonal and metabolic disorder that causes insulin resistance, weight issues, etc. For the past year or so, I have had to deal with pain, intense bloating, constant exhaustion that sleep can't fix, and added GI issues.

Simply put, I have been miserable and the root cause is the Endometriosis which research suggests can develop from levels associated with PCOS.

I haven't been able to help with the rescue, which everyone knows I love, and, in general, have been doing less and less. I go to work and go home, struggle to find the energy to do anything, and rarely answer my phone for friends or family because I'm too exhausted to talk.

I have always championed for rescues, organizations that help our community, and others but have rarely asked for help just for me.

I can’t afford to offer raffles, plate lunches, or much of anything except my genuine gratitude and the promise to work hard to getting back to helping my friends, family, coworkers, and the community.
