Surviving electric comp
I am 66 years old and living on social security ($2002) per month due to being laid off a year ago and not being able to find other work. I am looking for some help to catch up on past due electric bills and to re-insulate my trailer to be able to afford to stay here. My electric company has already asked for a 18% increase for this year after 4 increases last year. Many thanks from an old veteran.
