My wife and I have 5 kids. We live in Utah. I am a full time registered nurse and my wofe stays home with the kids because we cant affors day care. So we only have one income. We applied for a program called self hell homes, where yiu build your own house under the direction of a contactor. This is a government assistance style program, we have a subsidy and reduced intrest rate. Well after moving in there was a requirement to put in our yards within 60 days. This was overwhelming and we couldn't afford it. We opened up a few credit cards and now are finically drowning. I have tried to get raises at work, gotten internal certifications, increased my education. But we can't keep up with the debt and I dont get paid enough. I am now working 2 other part time jobs. Im exhausted and we still can't keep up. Between the debt from the house building process and debt from having a hard deadline to put the yard in, we are swamped. Please help in anyway you can. We just can't do it alone anymore and im burning out. Thank you for your time.
