Tamed Tails was established in February of 2018. It is a start up business owned and operated by Taylor Kurzejewski and Stephanie Knutsen. Taylor graduated with a degree in business management from West Virginia University. She comes from a long line of entrepreneurs who have started businesses from the ground up and has helped her family run their own businesses for many years. Stephanie was the founder and part owner of a pet boutique in Phoenix Arizona. She came up with the idea and found the funding needed to build a grooming salon, bakery, self-service dog wash and retail store from the ground up. It is still in operation today (under new management) and very successful

Tamed Tails, located in Corning NY, was created by owners Taylor Kurzejewski and Stephanie Knutsen. We bakery and boutique where our focus is on healthy living for pets and we plan on adding grooming services in the future. We also plan on supporting local shelters by having a donation box in the store where customers can purchase items that the shelters need and add them to the box, holding adoption events and promoting adoption awareness. We strive to provide the best in healthy foods, treats and grooming services. We will be making healthy treats and jerky fresh in the store to help promote healthy options for pet owners.

The funding will be used to sign a lease on a brick and mortar store, pay rent and utilities, purchase equipment, purchase inventory, construction, advertising, hire employees, p.o.s. system, signs, pay for any certificates and fees
