Blake Wallace
Team USA Amputee Golfer
My name is Deke Belcher. I served in the US Army for many years as a special operations soldier. I am a below the knee amputee. Golf has given me relief from PTSD and has given me pride in myself again. I am wanting to join the US Adaptive Golf Alliance which over sees the NAGA (national amputee golf association) I am trying to raise money so I can play on the NAGA tour and go to practice events and golf tournaments! I hope to one day make it onto the Team USA adaptive golf team and play in the Simpson Cup and Phoenix Cup which are major golf tournaments for amputees. These tournaments are Team USA vs International teams of amputee golfers. I need help paying for lifetime membership to the AGA and also entry fees and travel expenses for qualifying tournaments. I have served this great country and lost a limb and want to be on Team USA 🇺🇸 and represent my country again. Donations would help cover entry fees membership fees travel fees and hotel fees. Please help make my dream of representing the USA a reality. God Bless you all!!!!! Proud to be an AMERICAN PATRIOT
