One CEO style championship belt would be purchased with money raised by the FL Tekken Community through this fundraiser (Any additional money raised past the purchase amount of the belt would become a Tekken 7 pot bonus for the first event). The region which raises the most money by the donation deadline will start as the home team at the first event. Be sure to include which region you would like your donation to count towards as it will impact which team wins home field advantage. Their job is to defend the belt from the team that earns the right to challenge. If they fail to do so the challenging team that wins would take the belt back to their region and become the home team at their regions next monthly event. The regions consist of counties near the larger cities in FL: Pensacola, Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Gainesville, Orlando, Tampa, and Miami. The names for the regions and the counties which make them up can be seen below.

Tournament Format and Rules

This will be an SBO style single elimination team tournament. There is a total of seven regions which make up the state of Florida. One region is the home team and will try to defend the championship belt from the team which earns the right to challenge. Non-home teams will play a round robin to determine which team earns the right to challenge the home team for the belt. Each team will be required to select a team captain before the start of the event. In the case of a tie during the round robin with no clear winner the captains of the tied teams will play a first to two set to determine which team moves on to face the home team. The challenging team will face off with the home team and the winner will take the championship belt back to their region until the next Monthly in their region. At that time the process would begin again and another team tournament would be held to decide which region earns the belt.

• Team captains will discuss which side they want for their team. If both captains want the same side they must rock, paper, scissors for it.

• In game tournament mode turned on

• Desync controllers before beginning a match
