I don't have many words to describe myself other than as a prolific IT/Computer professional for over 30 years.
Problem: Many parents are concerned that their wards are using text messaging (SMS) indiscriminately. There are varied names like sexting and others to highlight the issue.
Solution: Design and create a phone without texting ability. It could be as simple as removing the alphabet keys and using only numbered key pad. There are other ways to achieve this that are too detailed to describe here.
Existing solution: The parents can ask the carrier (ATT, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) to disable text messaging. But this is not true in the rest of the world outside the USA.
