I wanted to share something that’s really close to my heart. I’ve been working on a new passion project called The Shared Table, which is about improving cultural competence in the world of medicine, and helping future providers better understand and care for patients from all cultures, religions, backgrounds, etc.

Starting something like this has been really meaningful, but also challenging as new organizations don’t receive any funding from our institution at the beginning until we have been developed for at least a year.  If you’re able and willing, I would be so grateful for any contribution to help support this project.
