As many of you know, Steve Schaub (Alisa's husband and Nicole's (†), Cory's, & Jenna's father) has been battling brain cancer and is now in the final stages. His care and comfort have been central to this amazing family's life for the past four years. They have remained strong, dedicated, and optimistic throughout his struggle.

Steve was discharged from the hospital this week, and Alisa had arranged for him to transition into a long-term care facility. In the process, it was determined that palliative care at a local Hospice facility was more suitable. He is now being attended to by an exceptional team of caregivers and is resting comfortably.

His care has incurred considerable expenses for the family. Alisa recently sold her car to cover legal fees associated with the necessary preparations. Although we cannot affect the outcome of Steve's plight, we can help to lift some of the family's financial burdens. Alisa was not made aware of our efforts to help and would surely not have asked for assistance. Please give what you can, share this page, and keep the Schaubs in your thoughts and prayers.
