Ever since I was fourteen I knew I wasn't like other girls. In fact, I wasn't a girl at all; I was a boy. Ever since that day, I've tried to live as authentically as possible. To that end, I've spent the past four years trying to get top surgery and now that I have a surgery date, all I need is a little financial push. Top surgery is also known as a radical mastectomy, where they remove the majority of chest tissue in order to construct a more masculine chest. I have 90% of the money I need for it saved up but I won't make the last 10% without some help.
